Nocean Recruitment sat in a category that's lost the plot. Construction recruitment is flooded with high-volume operators chasing speed and corporate firms hiding behind process. Neither delivers what founder-led businesses actually need: someone who understands the pressure, reads the culture, and takes responsibility for the outcome.


The challenge was to build Nocean from the ground up as a different kind of recruitment partner. Not faster, not louder, but sharper. A brand built on judgement in an industry addicted to volume.


We positioned Nocean around a simple truth: Right People. No Shortcuts. The brand was built for construction, building and architecture founders who treat every hire as a decision that protects standards, momentum and reputation, not just a seat to fill. Visually, we moved away from the generic, stock-heavy look that dominates recruitment and built a confident, considered identity and website designed to earn trust before a conversation even starts.
