Clearwater entered a booming but messy cold therapy market split between cheap, inconvenient tubs and oversized luxury systems. Most brands sold comfort and aesthetics, not consistency or performance.
The challenge was to launch Clearwater as the tool for people serious about resilience, positioning it not as another wellness product, but as a frictionless way to build a hard habit into daily life.
We positioned Clearwater as performance-first and excuse-proof. The brand shifts the narrative from passive wellness to active resilience, using a bold challenger voice, high-performance visuals, and clear strategic positioning.
The messaging drops spa clichés and focuses on discipline, proof, and potential. Clearwater becomes more than equipment, it’s framed as a daily ritual for people committed to unlocking what they’re capable of.
