Problem Hacking were already experts at what they do, helping organisations solve complex, human-centred challenges  but their brand didnt reflect their depth, clarity or momentum. Their visual identity felt dated, their messaging was fragmented, and their online presence wasnt doing justice to the sharp, analytical thinking that clients actually loved them for. They needed a brand that made them look as smart as they are, and a digital experience that brought structure, credibility and pace to their story.

We rebuilt the Problem Hacking brand from the inside out, reframing their work as a rigorous methodology rather than just another workshop provider. Their new identity is bold, confident and unmistakably strategic, anchored by an editorial visual system that reinforces precision and expertise. The website was redesigned to be clean, intentional and conversion-led, elevating their thinking while making their process feel simple and accessible. The brand now communicates what their clients experience: clarity, momentum and real problem-solving power.
